Hi guys!!!!!

I want to tell you about what happened to me today.

A friend of mine came to me asking for some technical help. He
bought a digital camera and went to Europe in a tour. His son accidentally formated the card before making a copy of the photos to the computer. My friend had already lost all hope on recovering his Europe pictures. I told him to bring the memory card to me to try some data recovery. I tried with 3 different programs without success before finding dti data's Digital Picture Recovery. I managed to download the demo and, to my surprise, it displayed all 300+ europe photos!!!!!!!!! Immediately, i purchased the full software online and within half an hour i delivered a CD-Rom with all his pictures. I dont have to mention my friend's happiness when he came to my office and saw the pictures. Your program is GREAT!!!!!! I will also evaluate your other products to fulfill my recovery needs.

I just wanted you to know Recover It All did everything you folks advertised and more!!! One of our crew chiefs spent the last few months in Europe managing a fleet of helicopters. When he returned he had months of data on his laptop to backup. Unfortunately his PC crashed and all he was > left with was an unreadable NTFS partition. His comment to me was, "Please try to recover the data while I explore other career opportunities". At 1pm PST I downloaded your software and, after contacting your support department after hours, I recovered his data.

It's great to have a piece of software that lives up to its advertising. It's even better to have a company there to support you... even after hours! My hats off to you guys. Outstanding job....

Thank you for an excellent product. Recover It All worked just as advertised when other well known tools had failed. I had also tried several other less well known Shareware products all to no avail.

With Recover it All, however, the process of recovering my two horribly scrambled NTFS partitions was as extremely easy. Perhaps the most well known data recovery company had estimated they would charge about $1500 to do what your product accomplished for about $500.

I was able to reach a competent technical person at your office on the first try even though it was after 5 PM your time. He accurately sized up my problem and made the correct recommendations.

Thanks so much for your help. I was able to use the Fast File Recovery software to recover most of my files. My hard drive was a mess! These pictures I took while on assignment for the US Air Force in Saudi Arabia, could never be replaced and like everyone else, I did not have them saved anywhere else. These photos were taken on the railway where T.E. Lawrence (Lawrence of Arabia) blew up several trains as I saw them in 1998. Your help and your fantastic line of products gave me back a lifetime of memories.

WOW! Fast File Undelete just saved me many thousands of dollars! I have a hard disk based recording studio in L.A. and some East Coast clients spent four days recording here this week. To my horror, when I went to mix their project yesterday, hundreds of audio files were missing! I checked the backup drive and sure enough they were gone there also. I was sure I was going have to fly all the singers in again from NY at my own expense and pay them for their time. I found your website and downloaded Fast File Undelete. It found all the files and I restored them into their respective songs. Out of all the hundreds of files only one was unusable. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I can't thank you enough. The CD-ROM I recovered with your software CD-Diag held all of the digital pictures I had taken since early 1999. I lost vacations, children's high school graduations & 21st birthdays, mom's 80th birthday etc.

I was really sick and was going to try to find a company to recover the data when I ran across your software. All my pictures were there, now copied in DUPLICATE!!! Your software was easy to use, taking me step by step through the process. Thanks again.

Your file recovery product saved the day, man! We lost a truckload of company financial data yesterday morning but thanks to the file recovery product we were able to recover EVERY lost file. I couldn't believe how well it performed and how easy it was to use. Definitely a useful corporate tool.

It saved the accounting people days of data spreadsheet reconstruction and probably saved a couple of jobs as well!

My appreciation for your "Fast File Undelete" product can not be overstated!

Yesterday, in spite of 30 years programming experience, I went into my laptop's Windows directory (Windows 98) to clean up a couple files in DOS mode. I executed a CD command to reach a subdirectory containing files I wanted to delete. Hastily, not noticing that I had mistyped the directory name, and was, therefore, still in \Windows, I performed "del *.*" and responded YES.

The result, of course, was deletion of some 335 files including all the .ini's, .dll's, etc.

Fortunately I had the good judgment to do NOTHING more on my laptop, lest I overwrite any clusters used by those deleted files.

Immediately, I went on-line using another computer in search of "undelete" utilities. Norton came to mind, so I downloaded Norton Utilities 2001 5.0 for about $50.00. My plan was to test on another computer whatever utility I would use on the "damaged" computer. The test results I obtained from Norton were not what I really wanted. It was taking a long time to scan, and while it found the deleted files, was not finding the first character of the filename, meaning I would have to figure out each of the 355 filenames and do a RENAME for each one.

Going on-line again, I found your "Fast File Undelete" product, downloaded the demo, and got results I was hoping for within 15 minutes. I immediately returned to the Web to order the "real" product, tested it on my desktop, made a floppy, and had my entire laptop Windows directory fixed within an hour.

I'm not knocking Norton. They have been in business for many years and produce many valuable utilities. However, "Fast File Undelete" is the VERY BEST recovery product I have ever found.

Rather than being a "horror story," my accidental deletion of all those Windows files turned out to be a "success story" due to the fact that I NOW have found a GREAT product to protect me in the future. Also, thanks to dtidata.com for having in-place a policy to call recent customers to follow up on what success they had.
